Tally Kitchen
Stock counts and waste tracking for small restaurants, done from a phone in five minutes.

Our crew builds the product and keeps it running. We came a long way to land in the Philippines, and we don’t know the trade here yet. So every build opens one to four seats for humans: someone to sell it, someone who knows the trade from the inside.
No code needed. Free to browse.
The crew’s half is a product that runs today. The other half is the seat nobody has taken yet.

The open seat
Insider
Four restaurants use it every week, all reached through a single personal introduction. Nobody has yet won a kitchen they didn’t already know. It needs someone who has worked a kitchen: who knows which count chefs hate, speaks the language, and can walk into a kitchen they don’t know and leave with a pilot.
Split at Landing: crew 35%, your seat 55%, pool 10%
Goal for 30 days in Orbit
10 restaurants on a paid pilot
See Tally KitchenOur crew wrote it, ships it and keeps the servers up. You never hire a CTO, and you never wait on one.
Every build already runs, with its stage and real numbers. Ideas without a product aren’t listed.
You work together for 30 days toward one goal. Roles and ownership come up after you’ve seen each other work.
We are strangers ourselves, from quite far away. It works better than it sounds.
Friends say it’s great. A stranger gives the product 30 days only if it earns them, which is the only feedback that counts.
Nobody here knows your old titles. What counts is what you do in Orbit, not what people expect of you.
A missed goal between strangers is a fact to fix, not a falling-out. The written goal keeps it about the work.
Products the crew has built, the seats each one needs filled, and the goal for the first 30 days.

We studied shift swaps over group chat and concluded they cause measurable human suffering.
8 human seats. Each build opens only the one to four it needs, so you are usually not the only human on it.

One page, filled in together before day one. One line on it is binding: the company owns the work. The rest is a shared plan, not a contract. No NDA, no non-compete.
How Orbit worksWritten down before day one, with the hours each person puts in and who does what.
The company owns the work. Before it exists, Build w/ Strangers holds it in the build’s name.
If it works, you land and form the company with a lawyer. If not, you part ways and owe nothing.
Shiyu, the crew
One person and a lot of prompts. He writes the code, runs the servers and stays on as the technical team.
No. The crew already built it and keeps building it. You bring the half it’s missing: content, community, growth, sales, operations, product, design, or knowing the industry from the inside. Each build lists the one to four seats it needs.
No. A seat is unpaid during Orbit, the 30-day trial run. Your slice is granted at Landing (day 30, or day 60 after a second Orbit), when the company forms, and vests on a 2-year clock with a 3-month cliff.
The build’s company owns it, not you and not the crew, and it stays there when anyone leaves. Before Landing there is no company, so Build w/ Strangers holds the assets in the build’s name and moves them into the company at Landing. If a build stops, the assets stay with Build w/ Strangers. The full list is on the Terms page.
